Flatiron Loft
After completing a country house together, the client engaged
MK / Architect to reconfigure and renovate their long time city
home, a Flatiron Loft.
By reducing oversized rooms, we created a much needed new
family room that has been a popular hangout for the family’s
two teens and friends. A new Guest Powder Room and dedicated
laundry area with more storage provide formal separation of
utilities from the open loft living area.
Both the Master and Boys’ Bathrooms were gut renovated.
